- Thank you for supporting Claregalway GAA Club. The purpose of the draw is to raise funds to develop our club facilities.
- The promoter of this draw is Claregalway GAA Club in association with Paul Byrnes Media.
- A lottery licence has been granted and obtained for this draw.
- This fundraiser will start on September 4th, 2023 and end on December 28th, 2023. The draw promoter reserves the right to change the draw date if required.
- Ticket sales are limited to 15,000.
- The cost of entry is €25 for one ticket or €60 for three tickets.
- Only those who have bought an official ticket for entry to the draw will be eligible for the prize. Tickets will not be sold to any person under 18 years of age. However, an adult can buy a ticket in Trust as a gift for someone under 18 years of age.
- Tickets are non-refundable except where the fundraiser is cancelled. In that event, a full refund will be given.
- A ticket is issued and valid upon receipt of full payment and all contact details provided, including name, email and mobile phone number.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the ticket within 48 hours of the ticket drawn on December 28th, 2023.
- A condition of entry is that their identity and location shall be publicised on the acceptance of the prize. The winner agrees to the use of their name and any images that may be taken at the prize-giving ceremony in any publicity material.
- The winner agrees to the publication, and any consents required to comply with GDPR/DATA Protection legislation are deemed to have been given on the purchase of a ticket for entry to the draw. Any personal data relating to any non-winning entrant will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Claregalway GAA Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of the organiser’s control. Any changes to the fundraiser will be notified to entrants.
- The operation of the draw ceremony on December 28th, 2023 and the conduct of the selection of the winning ticket on this date shall be overseen and scrutinised by an independent observer.

- The winner of the dream holiday has the option of a €20,000 cash alternative.
- It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to provide up-to-date contact details as of the date of the draw being held. If the winner cannot be contacted or chooses not to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until a new winner is established.
- All disputes, differences, and issues which at any time may arise between the purchaser of the ticket and the organiser of the draw shall be referred to an independent arbitrator to be nominated by Claregalway GAA Club to determine the dispute difference or issue.
- Claregalway GAA Club will keep records of all entries into the competition and all costs relating to the fundraising draw. These will be held in compliance with Data Protection.
